Whether you are a full-time, part-time, occasional, residential, Connections, or Brethren Academy student, or a member of the faculty or staff, this web portal is a resource for you as an extension of the Bethany Seminary community.

Resources Related to Classes

The Academic Services web page contains a wealth of information including calendars, course schedules, registration and advising resources. It is maintained by the Joint Academic Services office, which serves both Bethany and ESR. Explore the websites and course offerings of other seminaries with which Bethany has an open Cross Registration agreement on the Related Institutions page. You can access online course and discussion sites through the Moodle link. Lilly Library is Bethany's on-campus joint library with Earlham College and Earlham School of Religion. Course texts and more can be purchased through the Earlham Bookstore. Computing Services is the department that provides information technology resources for Bethany and ESR. The syllabus for every course Bethany offers is typically available six weeks prior to the course start at Bethany's Syllabi Site on Moodle (requires a Moodle login).

Resources Related to Campus Life

The Student Handbook is a vital resource to guide students' total educational experience, including important information about the Bethany community and course requirements. Check Earlham news, maintain your personal information, search for others on campus, and maintain your course schedule through Web DB. WebDB is also the tool used for registering for classes, processing Add/Drops, and looking at class lists.  Earlham College Webmail is your campus e-mail portal. Policies, worksheets, and volunteer service hour opportunities for those receiving the Brethren Student Scholarship can be found on the TAP Hour Opportunities page.
